Risks We Help To Identify Early

The 360° Check-Up assesses key biomarkers and health indicators associated with seven major drivers of age-related disease and decline — helping identify risks early and enabling targeted prevention.

Cardiovascular Disease
Identify risk factors for atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke before cardiovascular disease develops.

Cancer
Assess modifiable risk factors and support appropriate screening strategies aimed at earlier detection.

Metabolic Disease
Detect insulin resistance and impaired metabolic health early, before they progress to diabetes and other chronic conditions.

Dementia
Identify vascular, metabolic, and other modifiable factors associated with cognitive decline and dementia risk.

Systemic Inflammation
Detect chronic low-grade inflammation that may contribute to accelerated aging and age-related disease.

Osteoporosis
Assess factors related to bone loss and bone turnover to help reduce the long-term risk of osteoporosis and fractures.

Hormonal Decline
Evaluate age-related hormonal changes that can affect cardiovascular, cognitive, metabolic, bone, and overall health.

Practical Guidance You Get

Your 360° Check-Up doesn’t end with lab results. Based on your individual risk profile and biomarkers, you receive clear, practical guidance on what to do next.

Lifestyle Foundation
Personalized recommendations for nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, and other lifestyle factors that form the foundation of long-term health.

Check, Monitor & Screen
A clear plan for what you need to monitor, how they develop over time, and which additional screenings may be appropriate.

Supplements
Targeted, biomarker-driven supplementation where appropriate, based on your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Medical Interventions
When clinically indicated, we discuss appropriate medical options and next steps with you.

The goal: a clear, prioritized Longevity Plan for protecting your health and extending your healthy years.

Information We Assess

1. The 360° Check-Up includes a comprehensive panel of longevity-relevant blood biomarkers, covering cardiovascular and metabolic health, inflammation, liver and kidney function, hormonal health, bone health, and key nutritional markers. For men and women we suggest slightly different panels.

Your panel can also be personalized. If there are additional biomarkers you would like to test, we can add them on request. Additional tests are charged separately and will increase the total laboratory costs.

You can find the full range of available laboratory tests and current prices in the IMD Berlin price list.

2. The 360° Check-Up goes beyond blood biomarkers to assess how your body is actually performing. We evaluate cardiovascular and lung function, body composition, mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and physical fitness — including ECG, blood pressure, spirometry and VO₂max testing.

3. Your health data only tells part of the story. Before your assessment, we take a detailed look at your medical history, lifestyle, family risks, and personal circumstances to understand the factors that may influence your long-term health.

When I saw how much muscle mass I had lost, I finally understood why I felt weaker.
