1. Arrive fasting: Do not consume coffee, supplements, or medication before your appointment.
Exceptions: If you take time-sensitive medication (e.g., for epilepsy), please take it as usual.
Transdermal Hormones: If you use a gel or spray, do not apply it in the morning; bring it with you to use after your blood test. If you use a hormone patch, please keep it on.
Note: A snack and coffee/tea will be provided during a short break.
2. For women with regular cycles: To accurately measure hormone levels, please arrive on day 3–5 of your cycle. If this does not fit your schedule, you may come separately for a day 5 blood draw at your convenience.
3. Avoid intense exercise the day before and on the morning of your appointment:
This helps prevent interference with lab values and functional test results.
4. Wear or bring comfortable sports clothing and sneakers for the physical tests.
Shower facilities are available should you wish to freshen up after the tests.
5. If you are sick, please cancel your appointment as your results will not reflect your true state of health and fitness.
Delays in completing the forms may result in an incomplete assessment of your longevity profile. While the questions are in English, you can answer in German, English or French.
